Market data is aggregated from multiple third-party financial data providers including Finnhub and others. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability.

The Pulse tab aggregates third-party content including social sentiment data sourced from StockTwits and market news headlines sourced from financial news providers such as CNBC, Benzinga, and others ("Third-Party Content"). By using the Pulse tab you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Social sentiment scores, bullish/bearish indicators, and news headlines displayed in the Pulse tab are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind. Nuage Digital Ltd expressly disclaims all liability for any investment decision made in reliance on Pulse content.
Sentiment data is generated algorithmically by aggregating user-generated posts and may not reflect actual market conditions or the views of professional analysts. News content is provided in summary or headline form and may not reflect the full context of the original article. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Pulse content.
The display of any news article, sentiment score, or social post does not constitute an endorsement by Nuage Digital Ltd of the views, opinions, or recommendations contained therein.
The Pulse tab displays posts and commentary sourced from StockTwits, which is a public social platform. This content is created by third-party users and may contain language, opinions, or material that some users find offensive or inappropriate. Assetly does not moderate, filter, or pre-screen StockTwits posts and is not responsible for the content, tone, or language of any user-generated content displayed.
If you encounter content that violates StockTwits' Community Guidelines, please report it directly to StockTwits. Assetly reserves the right to restrict or disable Pulse features if content is found to violate applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuage Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on Pulse content, including but not limited to investment losses, inaccurate sentiment data, delayed or incomplete news information, or exposure to offensive user-generated content.

NO WARRANTY: The App is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

DATA ACCURACY: We make no guarantees about data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Market data may contain errors or delays.
